Hi Guys, here's a couple of shots I took of my 66 Atlas yesterday. I just got her together after about a year and half of sitting in lots of little pieces on my garage floor.

Man.....that is bbbbeeeaaaauuuutifullllll!!!!! My fav bike....a Norton Atlas is what I would love to have one day.

You have done a fantastic job, if it's at all possible.....I think I've fallen in love (with a machine) ;)

One hellava good job man! You've definitely got to send in a few piccies to the DTT book, entries for which are closing soon. It'd take the cake.

Wow, thanks a lot Guys I really appreciate all of the kind words! This is actually the second build on this bike which took a lot longer than I expected. After I finished the bike first time around I had a run in with a construction site that some kids thought it would be funny to remove the flashing barricades from. Being at night I didn't have a lot of reaction time and ended up on the far side of a 4 ft deep 10 ft wide hole in the road. Long story short the Norton didn't fair well a.k.a. all the little pieces on my garage floor.

Beautiful bike one of the nicest i have seen, congrats!!!!! ..... mine is a slightly different interpretation of the theme.....
 
Is that the aprillia dracken has been posting progress pics on? It's a beautiful bike either way!
 
I saw your bike in the latest issue of Cafe Racer Magazine or did you not know it was in there. It's got a half page shot of it. lol. Your in the midwest too right?

"slightly different interpretation"...yes.. uber cool.. Definitely!! WOW BEAUTIFUL bike.. now why can't you buy motorcycle like that off the showroom floor?! If you could I'd be first in line for sure!

Yep that was my bike in the Cafe Racer Article.. i think that picture was taken in Milwaukee at Rockerbox before the latest rebuild as the bike still had the old 2LS front brake and the old oil tank...lots of changes since!

Here's another shot I snapped the other night... my two favorite girls.. sorry about the shitty resolution I took it with my camera phone..
