Deus grips they are ;) I grew up ridding every Ray Barbee board ever made by Powell Peralta.
It was either decks or snowboards, the miss's liked the idea of decks. I still need to finish that painting though.

DUDE! Those Wheels look GREAT! What did you use to polish them? I think I'm going to give wheel reconstruction a try. Never done it, But I'm on my second Bike build so I think It's time to learn!

I used a bit of $$$ to polish them :D I cheated and paid a polisher to polish them, from memory they cost me round $50 AU for both hubs and picked up the spokes off evilBay. All up excluding tyres cost me around $140 AU to polish, blast, powdercoat, lace and truing. Give it a go as you can see by the end result it is worth it.

Hell yeah! I like the brown seat and grips too-should look pretty sweet! I used to be a huge Powell Peralta guy back in the days of the Bones Brigade. Jeez I'm getting old... One of the only things left over from my skating days (besides a bum knee) :

Im really feeling a kind of comic art bike. That seat has very clean cartoonish? lines almost. Pretty rad.

Keep it coming

A bit of a dilemma here. I'm not sure which colour I should go? Please advice :)

Thank,

White bro. You have white and black on the tank and the seat cowl, follow that through with a black bin and white speedo. Nice job.

I vote for the white too. I will pop right out of the black headlight shell.

From the bits and pieces, the bike looks great. Can't wait to see the whole thing.

Silver, white, black, all shades of grey. ;) I still think white dials is the go. ;D

After carefully studying the pictures I noticed that the rim around the speedo looks very similar to the rim around the headlight. So now I'm leaning towards the white.. thanks guys ;)

Yup, I like the black. I don't think the white is the right kind of "pop" for this bike. You definitely have the vintage feel going on here and the black is more sleek with that lamp. White gauges are too modern imho.
