New member here. I can't take credit for properly building a cafe bike but I was lucky enough to find a beautiful 1990 Honda GB500 last fall which I have customized and upgraded extensively. I had it sleeved and bored out to 101mm, running a JE 11.5:1 piston. I've done the valve seals, springs, cam (WB 1601) some mild porting, heavier clutch springs, a Supertrapp full pipe, Mikuni 41mm flat slide carb, modded airbox, single cable throttle, CBR switchgear, braided stainless brake line, 14t front sprocket, Shorai LFX battery.... I'm sure there's more but I can't think of what right now.
I've been riding it sans mirrors because I just hate the look of the OEM bunny ears. I picked up a perfect little bar-end mirror but I need an adapter. It's meant to mount inside 14mmID bars and mine are about 18mm.
