This is my 1st project for the Honda GL 150.
Please give me some ideas.

It's continuing transform...not finished yet.

I'm in Phnom Penh and have have my bike in pieces in preparation for a brat/tracker/i don't quite know yet style build, will be interested to see yours coming together.

This's the original Honda GL Pro 150cc, and I trying to mod it into a Street Tracker Bike

After some changes but the frame, my GL has new look but I've not happy with this. The Battery still too big and heavy and I have to put it in a leather bag, the exhaust still too long, and I can't make a place for the back light because of lack of tool.

Yeeep; thats the same bike I built but in México it is called "CGL 125". I'm glad to see mine is not the only one in the forum! Any new mods on her?
 
to make it look lower at the front, swap the headlight bracket ears from side to side, turn them upside down and remount the headlight, it'll be about 6" lower and look way cooler, do the same with the handlebars and you'll be more stretched out and lower, makes the bike look even lower
chuck the instruments and either have none or fit little moped ones
chuck the mufffler and put a smaller one on or just don't bother, its only a 150, it can't be that loud
all stuff that can be done with a minimum of tools and experience
and thats quite a neat idea for the battery, well done

I did some changes on my GL150, but still not happy. Can't find suitable signal lights type, some comes from Japan used for Cafe Racer but it's too expensive ( 145 $ just for a couple ). A 4-Cell Ballistic battery applied to my bike :) and I ordered a new, shorter exhaust.

hit Ebay for turn signals, non LED ones can be had for less than $10 a set for all sorts of shapes and sizes
you might find mini speedos there too
