Any CBR600 is more straightforward.

Neather get a r6 the only people that buy the bikes that you mentioned are in love with a bull shit romantic cafe racer idea. There is no law aginst buying a bike that will work well in ten years. Any thought's on the Moto Guzzi V7 Classic vs a Triumph Bonneville?

I like the Guzzi, it's bloodlines are unbroken unlike the Triiumph. The Guzzi is more Italian than the Triumph is British. But there's one thing that really bothers me about the V7, the fuel tank is plastic and will cave in if the venting valve malfunctions. This happened to a friend's V7.
