This is my first bike project and I was bagging and tagging all my parts when this part fell out of somewhere and I dont know what it goes to. Help? Thanks in advance.

No Purple Hearts, No Blue Ribbons
Very important piece, without it you will have a non-working clutch. Also, make sure you have the ball-bearing (number 35), it is equally as important.
