So i have been searching for awhile now for a nice giuliari seat. I have had no luck, so i figure I would make one. I have a decent stock pan with good foam, what type of foam can I use to add to the existing foam to get that nice giuliari hump? Also anyone have any good suggestions for seat cover material? I would like something nice rather than some cheap vinyl. I suppose I should just carve it with an electric knife? any other tips are greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Here's how I did mine. I used stock seat foam to build it up with 3M spray adhesive, and then a rasp (?) to shape it.

thanks for the reply, seat looks great. So spray adhesive worked well? Did you do the upholstery yourself?

thanks

If you are interested in a CB400F seat, I got one that was re-upolstered, not too long ago.
Here is a picture of it sitting on my 350f

Let me know if you are interested, as I might be convinced to sell it (doesn't quite fit my bike...)

i was thinking of doing this also so i could keep all the stock crap on there. some people around here are making me feel guilty about hacking. my question is, how did you attach the vinyl to the seat pan?
