Just gotta ask, have you checked ebay? And why a stock tank?

I sent him here.. Figured if anyone can help him it's this lot.. Apparrently the last guy used to much sealent on the tank and plugged up the vents.. He says it doesn't seem fixable. I think he really just wants it on the road before snow flies!!

Exactly! I road it once, and it was at the end of April, and the bike quit on me half way to my destination. So I would just like to find a stock tank, or one that would fit. Im not quite sure which year tanks would fit on my RD Ive been looking for 82 and 81 tanks and the only one on Ebay was $1700 Kenny Roberts Replica (as much as I like King Kenny it aint worth it). I would just like to ride my RD and not just have a piece of driveway Candy

Do you have the sizes of the stock tank handy? While somebody may not have an RD tank, there might be something else that might fit.

Unfortuantly I do not have the exact size, Just looking for an RD350LC tank. But if an RZ tank fits that would be fine aswell.

This is a 1973 tank, it wont fit on my 82 RD thanks though

If you're a capable welder you could cut the tunnel out of your current tank and fab it up to another tank if you see one you like.....

All is good with the RD350 Elsie.

To have a look (I know im not a cafe racer or rider but I think when it comes to two strokes we are all cut from the same cloth.
