Need Cafe Seat Mounting Tips

Hi people,

My 75 CB750F Cafe project is progressing slowly. I have a Carpy seat and was hoping that I could see some photos of how some of you mounted your cafe seats. Do most of you just set the seat right down on the frame rails or do you shim them up? Any guidance/ideas/recommendations will be helpful.

On my xs650 I welded 3 pieces of 1" square tube across the top of the frame, and mounted my fiberglass seat/tail with 6 well nuts.
