Need some professional plumbing advice - venting

Just a thought, I have seen it before where they hid one like that in a fake ceiling planter box that contained fake ivy. But that was in a commercial office space.

The vertical pipe isn't that big a deal - I do have 2 chimneys going through already with the woodstove and propane water heater - was really just trying to avoid the hassle of drilling a nice hole through the vaulted ceiling, trying to keep it plumb and getting it through the shingled roof, and then having to do the flashing.

The only place the pipe will be visible from is in my bedroom, and it would be about 20 inches or so of 2" black pipe, so not a huge deal. I'll toss an AAV on it for now and punch through the roof one day.
