Need suggestions on custom throttle for '73 CB125 w/ clubmans

Stock throttle is of a non spool type which will take more work than i'd like to move to aftermarket bars. I'm looking for what other people might have done or a suggestion on where I can get a new throttle assembly and custom cable.

Also open to OEM assembly from other bikes that might work.

Suggestions would be much appreciated.
