I am looking for a title with the neck so I can weld it on my frame. I have had this bike for 5 years and would like to get started with rebuilding it. I have a 74 cb 250
need title for cb 250 or 350

Depending on your state, its usually not too hard to get a title. I purchased my bike w/o a title and was able to get a bonded title for it. In Texas, there is a process, took about a week to do, and other than normal title processing fees, I paid $100 for a $1500 bond. With all the paperwork properly filled out (it has to be EXACTLY correct), I was able to get a title.
If it's a frame that doesn't have a title, usually one can be "created" by the DMV. Once again, go to your state's DMV website and review the laws/codes. Call up the DMV and find someone who is friendly and willing to give you the information you need to start on gaining a title.
