Very nice!!! I love that era CB!! Get rid of those handlebars and ride her just like that!!!!

Thanks, I already have a set of bars to go on it. Whats not real obvious in the photo is the forks are extended to go with those high rise bars for that '70s chopper wanna be look, (The PO said it's just longer springs, and he has another set of forks for me to pick up.), and the front fender is bobbed. The plan is to get rid of the highway pegs, and get the front end back to stock, and ride it like that for awhile. It will most likely get the same mild cafe enhancements I made to my 500T. Five bikes in the garage, and two in the basement ;D

Well here she is 5 months later, I've thrown out the 4" fork extensions, and rebuilt the front end with tapered bearings, and new seals. Those goofy mini ape hangers where replaced with European super bike bars, with bar end mirrors. (fits the profile of the bike beautifully) The bobbed front fender was replace with an un-cut version. Lowered the rear end a bit with shocks from another old Honda, new sneakers and a lot of elbow grease of course.

Looks like mine except in better condition. Seems there are a lot of '72 out there. I'm going factory "Candy Gold" (orange) with mine. Not a fan of brown.
