hey all. have been working on a 75 cb400f supersport for about 1 month now. It was basically stock but not stock enough to restore to original and I would prefer to cafe it up. it's been coming along nicely but so far I have only tackled the easy stuff. cleaning, metal restoration, painting. fork seals, ect....bike runs and moves fairly well. horn doesnt work and the turn signals dont flash. other than that she was a real peach. 9000 miles so shes got plenty of life left in her. I am veryexcited to get it done but am trying not to rush the work. I plan on looping the tail, making my own fiber glass seat in the next month. I also have a dyna s ignition and coil replacement sitting in my garage waiting for me to modify the brackets. clip -ons , rear suspension replacement, tires, and headlight brackets are all keeping the ignition parts from getting lonely. ect..... look forward to learning as much as I can from the forum.....hopefully I can give something back in return when it's all said and done. p.s. i have been around bikes all my life...but this is the first street bike I have ever actually owned. lol .
