I'm not good with introductions...my name is Mike and I recently picked up a bike for my daughter and I told her we could fix it up however she wanted. She scoured the net looking at pics of bikes and kept showing me "cafe" style bikes. I wanted to keep it simple so she could do all, or atleast most, of the work herself. It's just about done and since I see it in the garage every day now I'm diggin it. Enough to want one similar of my own so I'm sure I'll be nibbing, asking & sharing along the way.

Thanks for having me.

See? I forgot to mention her bike info...

It's a 72 cb350f. There's a long story as to why I chose this bike but it was difficult to find here.

Here it is after we removed the huge windshield, huge chrome & wood luggage rack, crash bar and saddle bags.

I got most of the parts (atleast the coolest of the parts) from Dime City Cycles. They seem like really cool guys and I'll definitely be browsing their site for bits for my bike.

Ok, Thanks.

Mike Welcome to the Club! That is a sweet score on the 350, and its in beautiful condition. Its great that the younger generation is picking up on the classics, and not the newer machines. Great to see another Hoosier on here, I am from Huntertown just north of Fort Wayne.

Thanks guys.

I'm in Marion. I've ridden through Huntertown a few times. I try to stay off of I-69 when I'm heading north.

Bike is looking awesome already. Wrenching on a bike is a great bonding experience. Can't wait until my little guy gets a bit bigger to hold a wrench

Welcome,
Brian

Hi fantastic looking bike. Do you know what the colour is? Looking for a colour to paint mine.
Thanks
