Hey guys. I was told about this site by a buddy of mine because he knows I love cafe's. I have built one cycle before and am in the process of building a second one right now. Although I have yet to build an all out cafe, aspects of both my builds were influenced by the cafe racer style, they are a little more in the streetfighter class though.
Here's the first cycle I built (and just sold unfortunately), and a little info on it (much more done than just this).
1984 Honda Sabre VF700S
- 750cc big bore
- Custom braided stainless steel top end oil mod
- Galfer stainless steel brake and clutch lines
- Custom shortened tail with custom integrated LED taillight and custom seat
- Custom HID bixenon (Nissan Murano projector) retrofitted 7" headlight with clear lense and colormodded (not shown in picture, I removed it before selling the bike).
- Relocated gauges, full LED backlighting and custom gear indicator led panel
- Custom smoothed triple trees
- Yamaha FZR600 clipons with custom bars
- Custom paint
- Wireless ignition switch on a keyfob
And here's my current build with some info (still has plenty of work to go).

- 1977 Yamaha XS650 engine
- 2005 Kawasaki 636 forks, triple trees and front calipers
- 1998 Honda CBR600 F3 front wheel and front calipers
- Custom front axle
- 1994 Honda CBR600 F2 swingarm, rear wheel and rear brake setup
- Custom swingarm pivot bolt
- Honda Interceptor VF500F cush drive
- 2009 Kawasaki ER-6n rear shock
- 2001 Buell X1 Lightning subframe
- 2005 Suzuki SV650 taillight
- Custom fiberglass undertail
