Hi all, been riding for twenty plus years, dirtbikes, streetbikes etc. Got hooked on trackdays 2 years ago and haven't been riding on the street since. Been looking to build something inexpensive and fun to get back on the street for those days I have nothing to do, lol.

Currently got a line on an 81 cb650, anyone have any input on these bikes. My gut tells me it's not bad, plus it's a Honda soooooo. Should I just buy it and start getting dirty? Thanks, great site btw.

Hey.. Welcome to the forum!...

the cb650's were not a particularly great bike.. If you like Hondas Id try to get my hands on a cb550 or a cb450!!

I finally picked up a bike. 1977 CB750, can't wait to start pulling it apart!

I have tried with no success to post pics here? I have taken pics already and will continue to do so during tear down and build. Eventually will have to link or photobucket. Trust me when I tell you it's nothing to look at right now, bone stock, dirty and somewhat rusty LOL. It is mine and it will be pretty one day : ) The bike is complete though which is awesome just needs some major thc, uhhh TLC.
