Hi everyone just wanted to introduce myself and my new project, a 74 cb750k4 that I picked up over the winter. The bike runs and rides, has a Mac exhaust I believe and a twin front disc swap done already. The calipers were sticking badly so Im rebuilding them now. The throttle cables decided to seize up two weeks ago so the new ones plus a new speedo cable should be here this week. I have the tank and side panels off for a repaint, they are currently green but the paint was not done well and they are flat and crappy looking. Im repainting them a metal flake blue which should look pretty nice. The goal is to build a cafe bike that I can still run two up on since the wife loves riding along. Thing about putting a 78 750F style seat on it or something similar. so thats about it, nice site, lots of useful info.
