New Man and New Bike from Denver

Hi all. My name's Ace and I've been a Denver resident for over 20 years. I've been a rider since I was kid and would rather ride a bike in cold (but not freezing) weather than drive a car. I just finished transforming a '75 Honda CB360 into a jewel of a cafe racer and now that old man winter is gone, I'm looking forward to some fast rides.

I have also been wondering about people building cafe's in Denver. Had any luck?
I am considering what direction to go on a CB750 build and could use some local advice.
