HELLO ALL DTT MEMBERS,

First off, AWSOME site!

Finally bought a bike back in May. Wife didn't talk to me for a week (WIN WIN)

The second I rolled my 74 cb360 into the garage, out came the grinder and i got right to it!

Looking forward to reading about all the DTT tip's and project builds, hopfully contribute where I can.

-Currently I have the tank rust all cleaned out and getting it painted blue at a buddies. He does custom air brushing/painting for a living.

-On my 3rd set of handle bars. Can't seem to find clubmans that I find comfortable.

-I also have a whole $hit load of parts on order to get her running (new points, petcock etc...) Then I plan on stripping it down and cafe'n it properly over the winter, powder coated frame maybe get some white walls i'm open to ideas

Heres a pic of it with my boy just before I sent out the tank

good luck, My 76 360 sat in a shed for 20 years. previous owner didnt have schematics, made wiring mistakes and fried left coil. Took me 2 days to trace and straighten out his errors. Started it and wow it runs like a champ. I couldnt be happier. I love this machine. Its great to tinker on...and I have done alot of tinkering. the past couple weeks I have fighting carb issues. but w some new jets and adjustments its running great again. This is my first motorcycle. and I knew nothing about bikes before this one. I didnt get my license till i was halfway done w this project. I dont think you could ask for a better bike. heres a before and after

Nice, that's a great looking ride. As of right now I spent most of my summer gutting and insulating my garage for winter so I can keep working on the bike all year long. I have no idea about the mechanics of a motor bike. So this is all realitivly new to me. Thank god for the Internet and sites like this. How long did it take you to finish that bike? I have a long way to go from when I first got the cb360
