New member here to the forum and figured I should post a formal introduction. I currently reside and go to school in Philly. I am 22 and have been riding bikes for about 4 years now. I own a teeny tiny cafe'd Honda cm200t Twinstar, which has been perfect for around the city and commuting. I also own a mildly cafe'd 92 Suzuki Bandit 400 which has proven to be an absolute turd due to its electrical system.
nice i'm a west philly guy as well. i live right across the spring garden street bridge from the art museum. small world! ill be keeping an eye out for your 500.
Got some really good friends right there. They live on Lancaster Ave, with Saunders St at the back of their place. It's right there at the intersection of 38th and Lancaster Ave.
I know that place all too well. i had a bad experience about a year ago with those trolley tracks and my skinny tires at 36th and lancaster. my front tire fell into a track groove and i laid the bike down doing about 30. luckily i walked away with only a quarter size scratch on both myself and muffler. Also here are a few of the pictures i have. I unfortunately don't have any of the suzuki on my new phone.

oh bud i know your bike. you live near that warehouse. i see your bike and another black honda parked in the same spot every day. im out on 48th and brown which is south of lancaster just a little ways. we should all meet up. my bikes out of commission at the moment though unfortunately.
Yup that's it. The black bike is my roommates. Same bike just a year newer. And definitely, when you get up and running we should do a group ride and grab a beer or something. I know there's a vintage motorcycle group that does a ride every week too that I've been meaning to check out. A teacher at my school with some really nice old bikes does it and told my roommate and I about it. Beautiful bike by the way. I love those 450 and 500 twins. The brown seat is awesome too.
haha i knew it. after i posted this, i was heading into the city and went by your bike to see if id catch ya. thanks for the complement. i love the bike, but iv got some serious top end issues at the moment. smoking out the right cylinder. stuck valve adjuster.
yea the weekly vintage ride is by the chin on tank guys. it meets every Thursday at the BP on girard. real good group of guys. i havnt gone to the ride yet but iv met a bunch of their members.
