I just wanna go fast!
Just wanted to say hello! I've been lurking these forums for a couple weeks now. You all have beautiful bikes!!

Just a little background about me: My Uncle has given me his 1973 Honda CB450 as a gift. It's a rust bucket that doesn't run but seeing your threads has given me hope! The engine will turn but it needs some carb work. My Dad and I have made it our little project and between now and this weekend we should have it running. It needs a lot of work but I plan on giving it the cafe racer treatment. Hopefully, I will be making a Build Thread soon.

I look forward to interacting with you all. :)

Thanks for tip earlier on the engine parts Rich. I'll see if I can snap a couple pics later tonight. Trust me, she's nothing to look at but we'll fix that.

Edit: Might be picking up a cb750 for cheap. We'll find out soon how much work the 450 will be. It might be more than we want to spend.
