Just picked up this little beauty ... 95% done and just needing a few tweaks. Suggestions welcome!!!

For me, the clocks have to go she needs indies, just for starters... Maybe a flatracer tank?

/5 headlight bucket w/ integrated gauges, bar-end signals, send me the tank when you find a replacement, and ride the shit out of it!

Agree with all of that IndieSol - although I might keep the tank now I've got used to it - plus it matches the seat and I don't need to repaint it. Front fender is the biggie, as I ride home in the rain yesterday and had a face-full of roadwater the whole way.

rad! i love it!
i would leave the tank, clear headlight, move headlight down a bit to flow with the line of the bike, and maybe powder coat or paint the wheels black

Good looking bike man! I agree with the gauge mounted into the headlight bucket. Maybe some bar end mirrors. But that's just my personal preference.

Things are a-changin' ... Just ordered a FlatRacer Fairing kit, as I love the Imola SS-style fairings on some of the Beemer Cafes out there. This means keeping the clock and the headlight bucket, but will give a sleeker look. Something like this...

or this...

Agree with sinbad, you need a fork brace, what about some mini teardrop indicators on the seat hump to keep the lines clear, bar end up front, or mount mini indicators onto the headlight support bolts.

Fairing is going on today!!!!

I'll post up more pics when she's fitted (unpainted)... and I need to mock up colours. Not sure whether to match the silver or go gloss black for contrast.

Indicators, mudguards and fairing now fitted to the R100S.

The fairing needs paint yet and the mudguard needs lowering and maybe simplifying, but I'm getting there...
