Hello Everyone! Im from Northern Indiana, I recently lost my job had to sell the Harley and and the ZX14.. Boo But owell. I paid off the house (didnt owe much) and I didnt think I would miss riding.. I was WRONG!!! So my faince for my birthday bought me a 1977 XS650 that I am in the process of turning into a bobber! and 2 days ago I bought my self a 1980 XS400 cream puff.. Total spend on both bikes.. 1000! here are pictures of both!
The 77 XS650 My fiance bought for me ($500) Had the sweet big old fairing, and ran well I rode it for 3 days and then tore it apart. The frame is being hard tailed right now! about to tear into the motor!
The 1980 XS400 i bought for $500 is cream puff! 900 original miles, Bought it from a guy that bought it for his wife in 1980 then she dropped in once in a parking lot then got pregnant and never road it again! The chrome is ridiculously clean! I really lucked out on this one! I rode it 100 miles today and it was freaking great!
