Newbie from PA

hi. My name is Adam. And I'm a caf-feine. I recently purchased ny first bike ever. It's a 79' gs550. Decent mileage on her. She's at the shop getting carbs rebuilt as we speak (I don't touch them). Anyhow I'm looking for ideas such as gauge swaps, clubman bars/mirror ideas or pics, exhaust ideas that are all reasonably priced. I hope to help people out as much as everyone helps me. I'm a DIY'er and enjoy fabricating

Welcome to the site man! Which part of PA are you from? It's a pretty big state....

Too little too late, but you should clean the carbs yourself. There are tutorials on how to do it all over the internet. You should check out the GSResources as well, but they don't usually accept too many "cafe" bikes.

I'm from Lewisberry. And I checked gs resources. I figured $50+ parts is well worth not getting a headache. From here on out I do all the work.
