Hey guys, new guy here from Columbia, SC. I've got a 72' Honda xl250 enduro that's been sitting around in my garage for a long time. I picked it up from a friend who was getting rid of it. I took it apart and have started cleaning it up with the intention of doing a flat-tracker theme with it. Engine's currently out and I'm looking at some big bore kits as well as a bigger carb and exhaust (suggestions?) but I may see if I can just swap in a bigger engine if it'll be easier. Anyway, lots of great builds on this site so I hope to draw some info/inspiration from them.

Welcome to the site, Atrais! Interesting choice for a build.....I've noticed that there is increasing interest in the old single dirt bikes...could make neat cafe build like the old classic singles like Velocettes, etc. Will be watching your progress....most plenty of pics!
