So I was looking at my usual search topics on on fleaBay and found this kick ass Norton. Just to clarify though, I do not own it, i do not know the person that owns it, nor am I promoting the sale of it. If it were mine there would be no way in HELL that I would be selling it!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyhow, to me it is one fine specimen of a classy cafe. I hope to own something this beautiful one day.... Of course at this moment in time I do not forsee that happening... Unless I hit the jackpot in the lottery!

I figured I would post some pictures here because after the auction is over they may be gone forever! Anyways, on to the pics!

That thing sparkles like a MAD WOMAN!!! How much was it going for? It's so nice and clean and shiny that it would almost be a shame to ride it!

Right now its $19,600 usd

Here's the specs from the auction

Vehicle Description

Less than 50 Norton VR880’s were built by Vintage Rebuilds in Gladstone OR., this is one of the last constructed. This stunning VR includes many changes from the first VR’s including Brembo brakes, Marzocchi front forks, alloy barrels, HD crankcase and Auto Meter gauges. The leather seat cover is snapped in place to facilitate changing seat height. This the only one I’ve seen with this feature.

Beautifully turned out in German silver with hand painted red and black striping, this VR has only covered 1700 miles since I originally purchased from Vintage Rebuilds. The sound from the hollow chamber pea-shooter mufflers and throttle response has to be experienced to be believed. It handles like it’s on rails and stops like a modern sports bike thanks to the contemporary Brembo brakes.

Unlike most older British bikes, this Norton doesn’t drip fluids but, it still “breathes” oil mist from some of its gasket joint areas. A light wipe down after each ride is all that is required. A small chip approx. 1/8” in diameter is on the front fender (it’s been touched up) is the only blemish on the paint. The bike comes with all documentation, original order sheet and extra belts for primary drive.

I went to Vintage Rebuilds shop last time I was in Oregon... it's a bait shop now :( I asked the owner of the bait shop if they had left anything behind but all that was left was a Norton sticker on the wharehouse door.
