Well, My cafe is somewhat disassembled for a complete re-vamp (one off tank and seat being made by a local fabricator) AND SOME OTHER CHANGES. I acquired another 78 xs for nothing, got it running and did this to it so I have something to ride this summer. I've done nothing to the Norton but look at it and look for parts but haven't gotten around to doing anything to it yet. So here's my other scoot. Another 78 standard. this one has stock carbs, I put a boyer ignition on it, suzuki savage shocks with some old-ass lowering brackets (cause 10 1/2 inch shocks weren't short enough), old sporty tank and some crazy 70s square apes. Oh yeah, 21" front wheel of 83 KDX and ribbed tire. It's pretty fun except when my fuel line T broke today in rush hour traffic and I had gas pissing down by arm and dripping off my elbow while I tried to figure out how to get it home. Lemme know what you think....

Really nice!! I love the old bobber look! The bar-end mirror looks a little odd, but what-the-heck! 
I'm looking to fab a hard tail with drag bars. Kind of a muscle/bobber look with a fat front wheel/tire. Really short, stubby and thick!! ;D

thanks, I'm kinda anti-hardtail....it's so over done that it's starting to look corny to me...... they're like assholes and bellybuttons....everyone's got one.and I like the way it sounds with no pipes though those long pipes would look pretty sweet. Riding this is like riding the old rupp I had when I was a kid. I like to poppa da wheelies on it too!!!
