I think I want to try and do a 2 into 1 exhaust......something custom, almost like a cl exhaust. It's REALLLLLLLY loud right now, and I don't like that the exhaust basically ends right where my feet rest. I think for now I'm goin without the fender, but who know's...........might change my mind once it's all done.

It's not really close to being finished, but it's at least ridable and looks pretty good.

I got lucky and tracked down a set of air filter covers from the bikeboneyard.

Can't wait to get em.

And can't wait for some warmer weather, so I can really clean up the engine!! I don't have a garage, so every time I work on this it's in my basement....needless to say, not the best place to do any heavy cleaning.

A buddy of mine is gonna help me with fabricating a cafe seat....I just need to track down another seat pan. Guess I'll post it in the wanted section. does anyone know if the smaller cb's, like the cb175 pan for example, is the same??

i believe that the seat sizes are the same betwen the 175 and 200. believe its the same frame..
i've got the stock exh, for sale if you need it. comes with all the mounting brakets,etc.
175 and the 200 are exactly the same mufflers. also might be getting rid of my seat aswell.
same size,pan as 200.

This is how I have my CB200 and I agree it's insanely loud! My buddy and I ride together and he has a 600 Shadow with Cobra pipes on it and my bike is by far louder than his. He actually gave me the Cobra's baffles and I'm gonna try to fab them to fit into my pipes... If I hack the one end of them off they'll slide right in!

I was going to try a 2 into 1 exhaust setup on my CB200, but after some thought I came up with this idea (which was inspired by another bike here on the TON)

It is really reallly loud like this, but that is what i was going for!
