It is definitely not a drop-in solution. I'll take some pics tonight of the whole mess - if you're handy with a welder, I expect it's possible, but i gotta tell ya this is not the set I would use to do it with.

Here's what's left: shocks, exhaust flanges and gaskets, crankcase, sidecovers, valve covers, engine mounts, front fender and starter motors.

What gaskets?

The metal gaskets that hold the headers to the head - but they're gone

Didn't get anything from you hoss - moot point, though, as everything is now gone except the shocks. If you need shocks let me know but I'm planning on trading them in for welding time tomorrow.

What do you want for the spacers that go in between the collars? The two piece part that goes on either side of the exhaust flange.
