Hopefully it's somewhat organized for you to know what is what... Bag and tag it all, get.some totes, boxes, or more shelving, store/organize it. Then start reassembly.. It will be much quicker and possibly avoid the purchase of a new part(s) you thought you were missing when it was right in front of you...

Actually the funny thing is, Im kind of stuck. The engine Im using had seiezed up but everything on the lower seemed to be ok. I have to tear it apart anways to reinstall a new timing chain. So unless I hear otherwise from you guys Im going to just start putting her back together as is with a decent set of used cylinders and pistons. Also I have two heads one is shot and the other is a little scored up I want opinions before I use it. Pics of cam journals soon. Thanks for the help. J

True that...Do you ever start looking for something on the bench and end up finding yourself staring aimlessly at one spot after a couple of minutes. Happens to me all the time

Organize everything first then get a manual to start ! As you go along clean and Inspect everything then work from the bottom up ! Good luck man ....

I got the rest of the motor tore down. Im just waiting on seals, gaskets, cam chain, rings and the rest of the crap to show up. I started tearing down the frame while I waited and did a little bit of work to the top tree.

Invest in a quality set of ziploc bags and a marker next time.
