Been in NZ for a week or so now, I was visiting family on the North Island for a couple days and now my real holiday has begun. Picked up my rental BMW yesterday. A few shots below

thats awesome, i spent a good and a half weeks on the south island and went all over the place, but couldnt get over all the amazing roads for motorcycles...to bad i was on the freaking bus...enjoy lucky turd

Some more pictures. Unfortunately I'm headed back to the freezing cold of the northeast in the states this weekend. Going to buy a BMW F650 or DRZ400 when I get back. The F800 is a tank. 90hp, but just too heavy for trail riding. I'm hooked on the adventure riding stuff now.

Really nice. I think you may want to look at the G650, or an older F650 the 2008+ F650 are the same bike as the F800 just less options, but chassis motor etc is the same. I want to pick up a dual sport for the same kind of riding, there is a lot of nice back, dirt roads araound here that need exploring.
