But honestly, I would totally rock that scooter. Think of the ladies! :-*

They may look like ladies…

BTW, Jevco here in Toronto does not consider any bike that's from 1994 or older to be a sportbike therefore no surcharge. A 1994 CBR900 would cost me $650/year. Not bad considering people pay thousands for late model sportbikes.

nope. my dad is an architect and had the opportunity to move around a lot. my parents liked traveling, so they took a lot of those opportunities.
except costa rica, de, and pa. i went to those places without the family. i taught in two low-income communities there, and volunteered at an orphanage in costa rica. lived in de when my lease in center city philadelphia was up.. a friend in de offered me a room that didn't cost as much as a place in philly. now i'm back in pa, and the so and i have a place.

Well, when I was considering an old Ducati single (1960's Monza) I was told the premium on Ducati's was 2x the normal rate, just because of the brand name. Model was irrelevant. JR Duffy gave me that info. So YMMV but I'd be checking before plunking down money on a 'sportbike', especially something like a Duc.

back in the 90's Duc's had low insurance because no one was crashing them. then all the punk kids tainted the name by wadding up dad's 996 or buying a monster dark for there first bike.

so far i pay $130/month and that is with a turbo'ed Jetta, a little wagon car, full size truck, the 02 x1w, and my house. the bulk deal rocks!!
