oil leaking onto points.

Can someone tell me if I have to remove the head to replace part number 34 in this diagram. I have a leak coming from the rubber plugs that are under my points cover. but there is no part 34 behind them when I pull them out. Do you think if I replace the plugs the leak will stop?

yikes! the cam just runs in the head? no shell bearings or anything?

I already changed seal #33 the cam oil seal, when I had the head cover off, Just didn't even look at them other ones. I don't see how taking the advancer off will help me get to the seals #34. I ordered new plugs and seals so when they get here I will try to figure it all out. Does anyone happen to know what size that little bearing that goes in the headlight switch is?
