Man...I really dig that bike. Really needs rear sets, but otherwise I love the total feel and small detail work.

Looks sharp, I like the tail section. I bet that exhaust is loud as can be, the back cyl looks like it has maybe a lenght of 4" of pipe? Also, what's with the swing arm, is it a cover over the steel swing arm or an aftermarket unit? The 1st pic it looks like you can see through the front hole on the swingarm thru the hole to the real swingarm. Any ideas on that set-up, I have been looking into the XR1200 aluminum swingarm for mine.

Its just a cover the front hole is just bigger than the swingarm

Honestly, that swong arm cover is my least favorite part of the bike.

Agreed. The cover is kinda tacky for a supposed performance bike. The bodywork and leaf is nice though. All in all, I have been liking this 'ears pinned back' look to some of the sportsters. I have even leaned that way on mine, but as always to keep performance first and not add unnecessary parts.

Shoulda beena 1200, though. He could have used the 48 front end and had more travel, while maintaining the visual heaviness with the big front tire. This is by far the funnest bike I have ever owned, and I believe it to be ride endorsed by Chris as well...
