OORacing Exhaust and Questions

Hi, good morning DTT and Skyteam Ace owners,

Yesterday I fitted the OORacing downpipe and silencer to my Skyteam Ace 125. The job was quite straight forward though I did have to 'fettle' the holes to get it to fit onto the engine.

I went out for a test run on it, seems quicker and more responsive, but it isn't running as well as it was before the change. I'm thinking that adding a free flow exhaust increases the amount of air that can exit the engine, so it probably effects the mixture - should I be adjusting the carb screws to compensate for the new exhaust set up?

You will need to change the jetting.

OORacing should be able to advise on sizes to suit the changes you have made.

Ah okay, I have the rejetting kit from OORacing - I'll swap them out at the weekend.
