Pa: Buying a bike with no title

So i have some questions

i found a 72 350cl in my buddies shed, its complete, turns over looks like a great project, but theres no title, well he just gave it to me, and i dont want to part it out

being this bike is a "project" im not needing the title right away, but what are the steps that i need to go through? any one else in pa do this successfully? is it even possible?

Best bet is to look for a cb or cl350 with a title and jump on it immediately. Then make 1 bike out of the 2
