Paint mock up. Opinions? Suggestions?

Im using everything at my disposal, which isnt much. Ive copied a photo of my tank and tail into paint and this is what I have. Any thoughts? The primer is tan, but a friend suggested a light slate metallic blue to go along with the red. The bike has red rims as seen in the second photo and a gloss black frame. Any suggestions? Paint gurus? Artists?

Yea, gray blue. Mostly silver with a little blue mixed in.

I like the color scheme. Even if you went with a blue that was more light blue instead of grey I think it would look good.

Well I think it would look very good in duck egg blue.
Quite frankly the red pisses me off.
The tank is so sculptured it speaks for its self, it dosen't really need any further adornment other than may be some makers decals. simple is class.
