Painted my Simpson RX-8 Helmet...

So, being on holiday, I decided to paint my newly acquired Simpson RX-8 helmet.
Naturally, it has to be black ;D

Like I'd ever wear a white helmet...

All primed up w 2 coats of primer

Starting to paint with rattle can matte black:

All done.. Detailed with some white pinstriping:

Its not perfect, I didnt want it to be, so who gives a shit!!... Goes perfect with my matte black cb750f.

I just need to get a tinted face shield.. ;D

who ever forgot tell noel that helmets are useless after 5 years wearing also forgot tell him spray paint from cans weaken the pvc and make helmet useless, even tho looks nice

Oh really...hmmm I think there has been a debate on that issue here somewhere on the forum...
Regarding the theory that "spray paint from cans weaken the pvc and make helmet useless".. well who gives a shit.. It looks cool...and besides, thats just a theory... ;D

ACTUALY IT NOT A THEORY, i know how to properly paint a helmet should i share or should i be a ass paint mine then torment other people,
na i be nice get a can of fiberglass resin, not the actual sheet of fiber but just the resin and grab the raw paint for spray guns(crappy t does sell there own) add paint to resin to get right colour then add hardener after colour right then brush or spray on resin, remeber will harden 12 minutes after adding hardener.

add a important dont add hardener till colour right
