Does anybody have an email that PAMCO Pete will answer? My ignition is damaged & he will not answer any of my emails regarding the warranty. Any help is appreciated.
Still have not had any luck. I have sent a message to every email he has listed on his sight but still have not heard back from him. I even private messaged him on here and on the Hondatwins.com, no response. I really need to speak with him about because I think my unit is shot. If anybody knows of any other way of getting a hold of him please let me know.
Troy - if you complain in public on the forum post he tends to respond quickly. I had the same problem with lack of responses sending messages in any private manner, and it's a common complaint.
It's a shame because his unit is the only option at its price point - but his customer service is universally awful unless you call him out in a public place.
I should note, though, that I haven't been active on HT for close to a year, so my information may be out of date. Frankly the guy could be dead and I wouldn't know at this point.7
