Parting Out 75 CB360 in NJ

Bought the bike as a project and is currently torn down. My plans to move into a townhouse with a two car garage fell through so now I have no storage to work on the bike, my new apartment will only have open parking. It just won't be possible to attempt the project now.

The bike was bought non running, the compression on the engine was 155/170.

I paid 160 + shipping for the seat, I'd like 120 + shipping. Figure it's a good deal since it's brand new and still wrapped up.

If it wasn't so far away from Florida I would probably have frame/swing arm.
