Parting out (new): CL 360 pipes, Custom Seat, LED taillights, Rear Sets

Recently moved out of state and had to leave the bike at my parents home. They want it gone so I'm looking to part it out. Have put a lot of time, love and a bit of money into it. It's a '74 360. Below is a pic of the final build, which I think turned out well. I just don't have the space or time to keep with the project.

Since this bike is unridden all parts have been sitting in the garage thus they are brand new.

The pipes are off a CL 360 and already heat wrapped. Willing to pop them off and ship out.

Looking for around $225 OBO.

Seat custom built (can post build pics if interested). Includes custom cut/shaped marine foam for simple upholstery. Hump is large enough to fit a normal/larger battery on its side. Custom scooped gas tank is available as well. Let me know if interested.

Looking for $90 OBO.

2 TruFlex LED strip lights (amber and red). Includes additional Eclipze module to make them function as integrated running lights, brake lights and turn signals. Everything is hooked up, all you will need to do is purchase some rubber tubing (probably a couple of dollars) to put them in.

This was the look I was going for.

Lastly I have some rear sets with linkage.
They look like these: angled with two cut outs.
