I don't know how many people live in St. Louis but I was down there the other day and found this incredible wall that would make a great backdrop for photos. I will go back with my bike.

You would want the bike to be the main focus and not the back ground. Also, it is so bright and busy the bike could get lost. I'd like to see a wide angle shot with the bike real close. Or maybe shoot it with a longer focal length lens with a wide open aperature. That way the bike would be in focus and the background blurred. You'd still get the bright colors and interesting shapes. Will be cool to see what you come up with.
