Picked up a new (to me) bike

Well my neighbor was moving and didn't have the want or need to take it with him, so he gave it to me. He is the original owner, it is a 1986 Kawasaki Z1 600 Eliminator, it is bone stock with only 9800 miles. Here is the downfall it sat since 90 with gas in the carbs, so i am fighting to get the carbs all straightened out. Not a bad looking bike, its liquid cooled, it kind of has a harley look to it. Here are some pics.

I've never been a huge fan of the specific styling of a cruiser bike, but the elimnator has always looked good to me, idk why?

Yeah me either, i remember when i was young my other neighbor had a kawasaki 900 eliminator with a 4 into 1 d&d pipe and it sounded so mean, i knew i always wanted one. So i am glad i got this one. Im going to get it running and keep it stock and enjoy it. Even with stock pipes it has a throaty sound to it.

They are supposedly great cruising bikes for long distances. I'm jealous, I mean he just gave it to you. Man i need neighbors like that!

Oldschool since your not really a big fan of it you can send it over this way and i would be glad to take it off your hands . ;D

Yeah im more than happy with it, once i get the carbs straightened out and it running good, ill post a video of it. It seems like it is really comfortable. I'm going to put some miles on it this summer thats for sure.
