Thanks guys, but I have only Kawasaki to thank for the exhaust. The header is Factory 05 ZX10 Ti. chop cut rebuild and the mega id Akrapovic modified to fit and flow.
Cool.

Thought I would throw one more into the mix. A '75 CB400F. 13K original miles. Minor lay downs on both sides. Scratched, road rashed, and dented, but in nice shape overall.

Complete tune and service, carbs rebuilt. New brakes, tires, suspension, chain, mini turn signals, modified '75 Ducati 750SS tail section with leather seat, '82 Honda Hawk front fender. Complete tear down and repaint of frame and body parts. Runs and rides as good as new.

The KZ is done for the forseeable future! ::)

Oh ya... done... anybody else said that before? :D

Here's a couple more small updates:

Nothin' huge. Just the new pipe, paint, carbon fibre fender and BS34 carbs that still need some sorting out. :D

the new pipe is the icing on the cake. everything about this bike is topshelf, nice work! do you have a photo of just your headlight/ instrument cluster? those headlight ears are crazy.

Drewski... You already know I love that KZ, I plan to start on mine and if you are willing to share the swing arm specs, I would be very grateful.

Brought this '77 Suzuki GS750B home 5 years ago... stock aside from a MAC GS1100 exhaust that hung way too low, and a 78 humped seat. Carbs not rejetted, battery shot, Kendall Challenger 110/90-18 looked to have had endless burnouts done to it... clunky 630 chain about wore out, bearings needing overhaul, carbs dirty with bad orings, rattle can paint job, weeping head gasket @ typical cam chain tunnel @ front... $725 & still ran like mad when opened up!

1st season on it was late August through Dec 1st, by which time I was really out-riding the tires and front 295mm single piston brake...

Slowly over 5 years, only stock things left were the frame, wiring harness, handlebar controls, rear master cylinder, and battery box! It is still somewhat stock cosmeticallyappearing, as I've used numerous parts off of other Suzuki models as very thought out upgrades, but the bike is vastly improved...

920cc 10:1 pistons
Serdi radiused valve job
STOLEN: VM29 smoothbore carbs & 2 left side k&n rc2222 dual oval filters
79 gs850 cylinders and 79 gs750 head (extra 10mm pinch bolt at front of cam chain tunnel to stop problematic oil leaks)
Low mileage 79 750 bottom rebuilt
Dual disc forks, cartridge emulators, chopped springs, Tarozzi brace
Drag bars
GS400 gauges
CR900RR rotors
Ninja 600 calipers
Ninja EX 600 master cyl
GSX1100F Katana ft rt rotor on rear
Modded GS1150 rear caliper
GS1100E alloy swingarm
Fox Factory Shox
RK o-ring Chain Hayabusa spec
Vortex drilled front sprocket
Supersprox aluminum/steel rear sprocket
'77 seat swapped back on
Sun 3.50x18 & 2.75x18 alloy rims & Buchanans s.s. spokes
AllBalls needle bearing steering conversion
Polaris RZR 800 regulator rectifier (3 phase series type!)
Later ignition switch mounted to triple vs integrated 77 with gauge housing
LiFePO4 4-cell AntiGravity battery 12 ounces!!!
Starter motor delete, kickstart-only
Starter clutch flywheel & gears delete
APE starter hole block off plug
Dyna S ignition
DynaMite 3 ohm coils from Rice Paddy
NGK Iridium plugs
Was Shinko SR741 140/70-18 rear 230 Tour Master 110/90-18 front, now Avon AM26 150/70 & 110/90 (Shinko cornered better, wore faster on rear)
GS1000L headlight, h4 reflector, 3500w LED retrofit bulb
CB400 turn sigs
Tomaselli style headlight brackets
V&H 4:1

Im forgetting a lot...

Built for Apallachian hills & mountains twisties, corner burner, 50 lbs lighter than stock... I love the twisties of SE Ohio, Kentucky, & West Virginia! Bike out handles a lot of newer bikes. My ninja 600 buddy is the only one really able to hang, even surpasses ZRX1100's with $$$ tires...

October 2015, Reddish Knob, VA 4500' high, just a stone's throw from the WV border:

October 2015, Shenandoah Mtn on West Virginia/Virginia border, overlook off the INCREDIBLE Harman WV to Hinton VA stretch of US33, 3 awesome mountains getting better with each one eastbound, lots of hills & valleys & sights in between... AMAZING RIDE, new WV pavement (92% of duration Harman->Hinton)

Unfortunately later that day I dumped the GS on a gravel road near our Smoke Hole Canyon campsite & damaged the headlight bezel, busted the turn signal & mirror ft left, and rashes the stator cover... Still have to check out the forks, but if they're tweaked at all, I'm going to pass the emulators & fork brace off to Drey6 and run some GS1100GK full bagger 41mm forks, tarozzi, & racetech gold valves...

Tweaked the first set of dual disc gs forks smashing into a deer Nov 12th 2012 in the hills outside of Athens, OH. 1 leg bent .39mm, triples were so mildly tweaked that I couldn't tell on the bench, but handlebars were very noticeably off from the front wheel. Huge knee dent literally, on left of tank, headlight/speedo/left turn sig & #1 spark plug & cap busted, but kept the rubber on the road... new cosmetics up front (lighting and gauges ), 83 gs750 fork uppers, 78 to lower triple, Allballs needle rollers... tank is hugely dented but on the new 78 gs750 $350 project of my buddies, gs1000 forks, gs1100e swinger, more to come.

In my quest for lightweight & the best handling, I have acquired an ex-racer Rickman CR900 converted to GS1100E engine mounts, typical early Rickman front end cracks repaired & substantial additional gusseting and bracing added. Owner John Cordona of Fours N More fame passed away 15+ years ago midway into this project...

My before and after...........
Before: 1984 Yamaha TR1, basket case rescued from its last trip to the scrapyard.
After: Reborn as the "Spirit of 59".....
