Pittsburgh area drink em' up event...

Just found out her Aunt and cousin are coming out tomorrow. So that leaves me available on Tues and Thurs.
 
Im not sure i can make it this week. I have two sets of suspension that showed up this weekend. Ill see what i can do.
 
I gotta be up early for inventory at work, Friday morning, so I'm out for Thursday. Tuesday could work..
 
Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone lived closer to the city or would be willing to stop by sometime to go for a ride or grab a coffee/beer, perhaps this weekend? I live in Squirrel hill with my one buddy Alex (user schm1dty) and goin all the way up north to ellwood city is a little bit of hike. Plus i just put the first 30 miles on my finished project, not sure how trip worthy she is yet.

EC is a little bit of a trip. What about Beaver (near Chippewa)? Good place to hang around there too
 
John, there are a few of us in the south hills. we get together for weekend/evening rides. The ellwood get togethers are fun as well =)

Beaver is still like a 40 mile trip all highway. Definitely could drive out there to meet up with you guys, but will have to see how well the 350 can cruise before I ride that long of a trip haha. Seeing as the riding season gonna be slowly coming to an end, you all still meet up when riding is unbearable?
 
Driving is Ok dude, we dont discriminate.

I drive more often than not, Von drives usually and Doug drives if its raining hard.

Doug is in the south hills, Mike works downtown, and Im about 40 miles from Ellwood in Ohio. So ya, we all
Put some miles on to get together, but you will quickly see, its well worth the trip man!

As for winter? Im sure we will at least a few times a month.. Rich is gonna have a brand new baby, so its easily understandable!
 
Shaun...i only drive if i have parts to deliver, besides it's Alex's fault we rode in the torrential rain ;-) lol. but yeah, we will still meet up when the weather turns.

Sorry guy's i'm probably out for tonight, too much work to get done before the weekend.

I actually talked to Von about it - if everybody's down for it, i would like to get these bikes ripped apart. The Yamaha and the CB200 frame are just taking up space. Hopefully the SL and the cr60 will be "ridable" and we could rip up the yard a little too.

Sound like a plan?

Here's what Im thinking - the weather is supposed to be in the mid-60's on Thursday. How about we meet up as soon as everybody gets off work, go for a ride, stop at the Grove for wings, then head back to the garage for some wrenching?

I feel confident in saying that everybody can cage out here, and "borrow" a bike for the ride if need be.
