I dont expect everyone to "get them" or like them, but I get tons of compliments on them from all different types of people. So, like I said, to each his own. 8)

gravis are the best shoes i have ever worn... had two pairs in my life; i cant find em anywhere :(

order online at shredshop.com They have great prices and the guys that own/work the store (its local to me) are really cool people.

Brooklyn NY...

That is toooo cool... Hell, if ya want to send down some samples to the shop i work at (Ride Brooklyn Bike skate snowboard shop) than I may just be able to convince my boss to start stocking them!

I dont know anyone around here who has em; the two pairs i bought were used from a thrift kind of shop.

Ok I'll play......
TC Bros. frame, 3" stretch, no rake, fresh powder....

Tank, bars and fender didn't come with....no biggie

Turns, has great compression, cylinders look good (thru sparkplug holes), oil looks good.
I'll rebuild it eventually......

so I finally got a mile or two of road time with my Bell Vortex helmet. I really like it. It doesnt feel like a weight on my head, the ventilation is great.. feels like airconditioning.. The only qualm I have with the helmet is that there isnt a visor setting that is just cracked, the first setting is open quite a bit. Its really not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have this feature. But ya, if any of you are in the market for a helmet and are budget conscious, go with the Bell Vortex. Its light, well under $200, vents great, and its snell 2010!

anyone have a guess to what it is?

I want to say programmable ignition or a cdi box.

or one of those nifty lock systems that require you to do certain functions in a specific order to "unlock" the bike allowing you to start.

well that game didn't last very long. good job. it's an ignitech cx500 cdi. little suckers are expensive. hopefully it's the highest priced single item for my build.

yeah, i guess until recently, i hadn't seen a cdi like it. but then again, i hadn't had to worry about cdis.

there was a group buy on the cx forum and i got it for $140.00 shipped to my door. the price before shipping from ignitech is 147 euro. so a pretty decent price break. and i'll hopefully be able to make most of that back once i get the bike up and running. i have two stock cdi's, but i don't know if they work. if they do, i've seen them go for anywhere from $90.00 to $140.00 on ebay.

thats not bad... my new stator alone cost nearly twice that!

i hate electronics... expensive shit.

man oh man... that fulmer is fucking pretty! too bad i cant bring myself to wear a 3/4 face if i have the option...

Nice lid. *edit* Agreed Rocan, the sweetest toppers are 3/4, but i just love my jaw too much :) I might have to get one just to hang on the wall... and stare at.

Just bought. Thought i'd give it a go on my 350/360 see which one benefits from it more.
80$ shipped on the bay. I'm slightly skeptical, but Dyna hasn't failed me yet on other bikes.
