In the real world it doesn't look nearly as nice as it does in the pictures, but I think I can make it work.

It was for a Dunstall CB750 but I will fit it on a GT750 Suzuki with a little modification. That will make the bike into one of the rarest GT750s and one of the rarest Dunstalls - in the US.

As far as anyone knows, Dunstall did not sell them through his company but they were available as complete bikes from the UK distributor/importer through dealers.

Dunstall shipped hundreds of complete Commandos to the US but not GT's

You still haven't done this yet?
Sorta. It's all been fitted, just had to get the last bits to finish it off.
It'll get added into the build thread soon ;)

Nice, you will like those tires too. I road all the way to Bama and back on a set, through all weather and they stick like glue ;D

I have a similar Dunstall fairing, but the lowers don't cover any engine, and one side is broken off a bit short.

Neat stuff, but it is LARGE-ish...

If I may ask, where did you get the LED light strip?

Yeah. Big is a good word. The tank cover is about 2 gallons larger than the stock OEM tank hiding underneath. I have had the usual GT fairing and later square Honda 750 fairing and sold both. I love the look of the square fairing and box tank on a 750 like this one built by Scott Rook.

That is a real tank on that one. The one piece body kit essentially combines the top of that tank as a shell plus integrated seat.

I want to say that the tank and body kit were designed and manufactured by REG or Bill Chuck and the later fairing that I have was designed by Doug Mitchenall who of course was part of the AVON fairings company Mitchenall Bros. You can see the Sports Avonaire styling cues in it. My first bike, back in the sixties, had an Avon sports fairing so maybe that's what seems so familiar about the shape..

Mine was a mini trail fifty, but soon after MX80 silver just like that but black stripe I was giddyer than the prom queen in jr. high

Purchased a bunch of old 3 wheeler parts today.

Take your money out of the bank...sleep on your cash... leave them to fend for themselves.
