8 acres. Out of city limits, up on a mountain, entirely covered in pine trees. Going to clear out a spot in the middle, and put a new shop up.

And get some pigs and a cow to raise for food, and a garden.

Water, power, sewer on land or well, generator and septic goin in? local LTE service decent?

Doing something similar just for a home in lake country MO has power and well

Close enough to the city, that it has city water, electricity is there. Will have to put a septic tank in. Cell tower up on the hill too. LTE is great!

So, in frustration at how slow my new battery charger is working I purchased this:

A Clarke BC210C boost/charger which packs a 25amp max punch....however, it's been stated it might not be suitable for GEL batteries....anyone know?

PS Nothing in the manual except it states 'for acid batteries' and doesn't mention Gel....have I dropped a bollock?

StL here! It's always nice getting out to the sticks.

Just paid an upholsterer to pad and cover my seat pan. That's the first bit I've farmed out aside from mounting tires.

That looks good. Isn't that the seat you made from an outboard motor cover?

Yes sir it is! A 1967 Sears Ted Williams 12.5 horsepower outboard that I found at the dump!
It's been properly remade using all fiberglass since it's first incarnation.

Ha, I just sold an outboard motor this morning to go buy these.

And, the one I'm excited about, 1984 vf1000f interceptor. Pics hide a few flaws, but it is really pretty clean. Finally graduated to a four stroke liter bike.

If thats the china clutch slave post a review, i ordered one and never got it Recluse is spendy but I would runit on the KZ1R
I've been struggling with two of these hydraulic clutch cylinders for a few weeks now. It's supposed to have 13mm of travel but I can only get about 9mm. Tried "bleeding" one and now get 6mm.

My plan now is to switch to a bigger master cylinder.

6mm is a lot for a KZ clutch what are you using it on?

Looks good. Love the 750 but I am a little biased. If you got parts to sell PM me and maybe we can work out something. Thanks.

Ha, nahh that is mine. He follows me around most places, sleeps on the BSA seat when I am in the workshop.

Lazy bugger sleeps through me grinding and welding. BSA is on the backburner until the XV is done so there is a nice blanket over it.
