Got myself a cherry 1971 cb350 project for 500 bones. Someone put a lot of love into this bike at some point. Then it sat for two years. Now it's mine to finish. Lots of good parts, finned points covers, finned tappet covers, tomaselli clipons, avon road riders, redwing shocks, ducati 125 repop seat cut in half, shoddy custom rearsets, ported head, etc. I'm extremely excited about this one. But it'll have to wait until the 750 is done...

!! thats a steal for 500!!

Grabbed this Lithium ion drill/ circular saw on sale. Came with a battery pack and charger. Battery interchangeable with my other cordless Craftsman tools. Wanted, needed this for some time now.

niceee jacket.

i havent used DC shoes in a while. love the fit of them, but i absolutely destroy them. i ride a lot of BMX, and there was a time when if i could get 3 weeks out of a pair of shoes they were good. i could tear through some DCs in about a week.

Got a new tailight and blinkas DCC and a Bilwell midnight megaflake. Now I just need to chop that fender down.

I love the smell of fresh fiber glass in the morning.

Did some glass work when I worked for a body shop while in college. Also did a bit of fiber glass work when I had my Formula Vee and Jet boat.

Ordered this and a jet kit from Dennis Kirk. Most money I've ever dropped on a motorcycle without involving a title transfer.

noel that looks awesome! now if only they had one for internal threads ;)
NES makes internal thread repair tools as well ;)
http://www.toolsource.com/thread-repair-m-29131.html

Twisted, you're not supposed to use a tap and/or die to "clean" threads, because you run the risk of cutting new threads or removing metal that you don't want/need removed (ie. cutting the threads thin).
Now having said that... I use them all the time to "chase" threads. But the risk is still there.

What can I say redbird....I am a risk taker....besides, I have been "chasing" threads with a tap and die set since I first learned what they were! I think I have used the sets more for "chasing" then actually tapping or dieing!

doesn't look like much now, but give it a month or two. the good news; it came with a electronic ignition and reg/rectifier combo.
